The Raiders fielded one of the league's least productive offenses in 2025, finishing last in nearly every major offensive category. While the defense wasn't dominant, it kept the team competitive at times despite receiving very little support from the offense.

🧬 S³ Analysis

Strengths

+Klint Kubiak should dramatically improve the Raiders' offensive structure and play-calling.
+Quarterback play receives a major upgrade with veteran Kirk Cousins while Fernando Mendoza develops.
+Tyler Linderbaum and Trey Zuhn III strengthen an offensive line that desperately needed help.
+Maxx Crosby remains one of the NFL's premier defensive players and the heartbeat of the defense.
+Brock Bowers is already one of football's most dangerous matchup nightmares.

Weaknesses

−The defense still lacks consistent impact players outside of Maxx Crosby.
−The linebacker corps and secondary possess talent but remain inconsistent.
−A first-year coaching staff will likely experience growing pains.
−Overall roster depth still trails the AFC's playoff contenders.

⚡ S³ Outlook: Ashton Jeanty

One of the biggest reasons the Raiders hired Klint Kubiak was to establish a balanced offense built around the running game. Kubiak's offensive philosophy has consistently emphasized:

▸Establishing the run
▸Outside-zone concepts
▸Heavy play-action
▸Taking pressure off the quarterback
▸Creating explosive plays through efficient rushing attacks

That philosophy fits Ashton Jeanty perfectly.

Total Touchdowns

Jeanty's vision, balance, contact strength, and receiving ability make him an ideal centerpiece for Kubiak's offense. Instead of asking Kirk Cousins to carry the offense every week, the Raiders can allow Jeanty to control games on the ground while opening explosive opportunities through play-action.

S³ Key

If Ashton Jeanty isn't receiving 20+ touches per game, the Raiders probably aren't maximizing what Klint Kubiak's offense is designed to be.

🏆 S³ Final Prediction

The Raiders should make a noticeable jump from last year's 3–14 finish. Klint Kubiak's offensive system, the addition of Kirk Cousins, and improvements along the offensive line should produce a far more competent offense. However, despite adding several pieces, the defense still projects as a below-average unit overall outside of Maxx Crosby's game-changing ability. The roster appears improved, but it likely remains one offseason away from seriously competing for a playoff berth.

S³ Record Prediction
7–10

S³ Final Verdict

🏆 The Raiders are heading in the right direction. Expect significant offensive improvement under Klint Kubiak, a breakout rookie season from Ashton Jeanty, and a much more competitive football team. While the postseason may still be out of reach in 2026, Las Vegas should lay the foundation for future success.
