Mayweather vs. Pacquiao II Official for September

Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao are set to meet once again in a professional rematch on Sept. 26 in Las Vegas, streaming live on Netflix. The bout marks the second meeting between the two icons more than a decade after their historic first encounter.

Pacquiao enters the fight after battling Mario Barrios to a draw in 2025, while Mayweather returns to professional competition following several exhibition appearances in recent years.

Canelo Set for September Return

Canelo Alvarez is scheduled to return to the ring on Sept. 12 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, following his late-2025 loss to Terence Crawford. Canelo will challenge Christian Mbilli for the WBC super middleweight championship in one of the year’s biggest title fights.

Heavyweight Division Builds Momentum

Fabio Wardley defends his WBO heavyweight title against Daniel Dubois this Saturday, May 9, in Manchester. Meanwhile, unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk is scheduled for a crossover showdown against heavyweight kickboxing champion Rico Verhoeven on May 23 in Giza, Egypt.

Another major clash is also reportedly finalized, with Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua agreeing to face each other later in 2026. Before that matchup, Joshua is expected to take on Kristian Prenga on July 25.

David Benavidez captured the unified WBA and WBO cruiserweight titles with a sixth-round TKO over Gilberto Ramirez on May 2, overwhelming his opponent with pressure, hand speed, and power throughout. Following the victory, Benavidez expressed interest in moving to light heavyweight for a potential showdown with Dmitry Bivol.

Naoya Inoue retained his undisputed super bantamweight titles with a unanimous decision over Junto Nakatani in a highly anticipated Tokyo Dome main event.
