S³ War Room Summary
Quarterback Fernando Mendoza is the only consensus top-tier signal-caller in this class. Teams that don't get him must wait - Ty Simpson at 21 is the only other Round 1 swing at the position.
Trenches First The offensive line and defensive front dominate the board. Multiple tackles and edge rushers come off early and throughout the round. This is a trench-heavy class.
Receiver Depth Tate, Tyson, Lemon, and Cooper are all legitimate Round 1 talents - but teams aren't forcing wide receivers to the top. The position comes naturally, not desperately.
Defense Still Drives Decisions EDGE, cornerback, and safety all come off consistently throughout Round 1. The league is building to stop modern offenses and the draft board reflects that.
No panic picks. No wasted options. Teams are building their structures one piece at a time.
